Introduction
Year 5 comprises of two SSCs. In the first SSC, students are given the opportunity to choose medical placements in England or abroad to develop particular interests and skills.
The second SSC (5b) entails clinical attachment(s) of a total of at least six weeks duration at hospitals in England or abroad. This Elective requires you to produce a report that addresses agreed objectives.
