Rectal bleeding

Dysphagia
The Differential Diagnosis should be:
- ♣ Based on analysis of information from history, examination and investigations
- ♣ Recognise important, life threatening conditions requiring immediate treatment
- ♣ Contribute to the formulation of a Management Plan
The Management Plan should:
- ♣ Be explicit
- ♣ Be focussed on the patient’s needs
- ♣ Set priorities
- ♣ Involve the patient
- ♣ Involve other members of the healthcare team
